Columbia Guest Lecturer
I've had the privilege of serving as a guest lecturer for both Ben DiSanti and Lilia Flores in their Consumer Behavior classes, offering insights whenever needed. My lectures explore the impact of research on brand image, target audience, and creative strategy. I cover various types of surveys, highlighting their role in enhancing advertising strategy, gathering customer feedback, conducting demographic research, and fostering brand loyalty. Throughout the sessions, I guide students in navigating research databases such as WARC, Mintel, Simmons, MRI, and Statista. I provide a firsthand perspective on the user experience of each database, outlining their respective pros and cons. I also deliver a comprehensive, step-by-step tutorial on creating surveys using Qualtrics.
